COMMISSIONS
(Now Closed)

Currently, I am working on Slot 8!

If you are next, please keep an eye out for my re-confirmation email soon :)

SO YOU WANT SOME ART!

Thank you for your interest in a digital commission! Commissioning art should be fun and easy, so I have laid everything out that you need to know on how to get started! The google form below will only open on a specific date and time of my choosing. I will keep this website updated once I have decided on a date! Please read through the whole page before submitting a Google form (link below), as I will be unable to reserve your slot unless I have all the necessary information. I'm really excited to begin working with you, so hang in there while I explain a few things!

WHAT I'LL NEED FROM YOU

In order to get a commission, I require you to use the provided Google Forms! The commission form will only open on commission opening day and I do not take early reservations. You are welcome to email me using the Contact Page to clarify questions but any emails attempting to reserve a commission slot will be disregarded. All information must be present in the Google Form for me to reserve your slot or else it will be deleted. At this time, you can reserve up to one (1) individual character OR one group piece of up to two (2) characters PER PERSON for Body and Portrait Commissions. If I see that a form has attempted to reserve more than what is stated above, the commission form will be discarded.

Note: The number of characters an individual can reserve will change each time I open commissions. This is based on time available and fairness to others. For example, if I am only accepting a few slots/characters, an individual is limited on the number of characters so that more people can get a chnace to have their character drawn.

If you are commissioning a personal character (for example: a D&D character, OC's, etc.), please look over the information requirements that will be present in the Google Form:

  • The type of commission (explained below)

  • Your characters name

  • Your characters appearance, such as eye/skin color, hair, race, class (if applicable), cloths/armor, weapons, etc.

  • Personality type

  • Any reference photos you'd like me to use

If you are commissioning fan art of a character:

  • The type of commission (explained below)

  • The characters name and where they are from

  • Reference photos if it is an obscure charcater

Commissions are no longer on a first-come-first-serve basis. Once I close the commission form, I will carefully examine each entry and decide which ones to accept. You will receive a confirmation email if your commission has been accepted within 24hrs of the form closing.

THE PROCESS

I begin the process by sending you an initial sketch of your commission to show you the pose and direction. Full payment is due after you approve the initial sketch. Once we discuss and agree on the initial sketch, I will send you a more refined sketch and give you a chance to make any reasonable changes before I move on to the digital inks. Changes to the design past this point may be an extra charge depending on complexity. I will send you periodic updates on the linework, flat colors, and shading (if it is included in your commission type) so that we can work together to capture what you have in mind best!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Although I no longer work on a first-come-first-serve basis, I will still work on the commissions in the order I received them. If I accept your commission, I will inform you of your slot number (ex: Slot #12 out of 35) and I will keep the beginning of this website updated with what slot I am currently on. I will also send you an email when I am 2 or so days away from beginning your initial sketch so that you are aware of where I am in the process as well as confirm that you are still interested in the commission. Please, respond to this email if you do/do not still want the commission so that I may begin the work or remove you from the list.

PAYMENT

Venmo and Paypal are my primary means of receiving payment. Venmo is preferred if possible!
